Features
Truck Fall Prevention manufactures our NoFalls Mobile Panel System to comply with OSHA 1910.28 and 1910.29 Fall Protection Standards. Our mobile panels consist of 52-inch all-aluminum posts, solid top and bottom rails, soft middle ratchet straps, and have an option for wheels for indoor or outdoor use. The straps have a 4,400-pound break strength and a 1,467-pound workload limit and the system is fully OSHA compliant.
In addition to standard 10-, 20-, 30- or 40- foot panels, we also offer custom sizes to fit our customers’ specific dimensions to provide reliable protection during loading and unloading. We can also combine mobile units with our on-trailer rear-end of trailer protection system.
The mobile unit can be delivered assembled or unassembled. With a weight of less than 85 pounds per side, it only takes one person about 40 seconds to set up a 40-foot panel. Our experienced team can provide guidance for proper panel and bracket installation and positioning as well as assit in easy assembly if purchased unassembled. (We recommend we deliver the assembled system).
